Welcome to Angry Baker where every bite tells a story. As a 17 year old home baker in Charlotte, I have always had a love for being in the kitchen. I focus on quality ingredients and attention to detail; pouring my heart into creating desserts that bring people together. From custom cupcakes to cakes, every bite is made with love and care. Some of my specialties are a rich red velvet cake topped with a light cream cheese frosting, fresh blueberry cake paired with tangy lemon frosting, and the always classic chocolate and vanilla.
